1. Stretch ~ lay on the floor and relax in the comfort of your own home!
2. Read ~ Read a book or magazine in your PJ'S or snuggle up with your blanket
3. Sleep ~ take a cat nap - even 30 min. really helps
4. Drink ~ drink H2O WATER WATER WATER
5. Soak ~ bubble baths or salt soaks really ease your mind!
